I normally don't listen to that much hip-hop, but I do like Ghostface Killah and I'm glad to see his name on the lineup this year. For those of you who don't know, he was part of The Wu-Tang Clan (who is doing a lil tour with RATM later on this year) and has probably had the most successful solo career from the rest of his crew. He recently just released his 8th solo album, More Fish.I started listening to him on his previous album, Fishscale. The beats were what caught me, which when I learned much of the album was produced by MF Doom, didn't surprise me at all. He's also got a fantastic voice for throwin' rhymes out. It kinda makes me wonder though who will be with him at Coachella. Sun God? Trife Da God?
I could see him playing a late evening set in one of the tents. As much as I'd personally like to check him out, they are other bands I'd rather see that will most likely play at the same time. Oh well.
